The International Vintage Car Rally Barcelona-Sitges starts the 65th edition with the opening of the registration period, which begins on December 1, 2022 and ends on February 28, 2023. The dates of celebration of the Rally will be 11 and 12 March 2023.
It is expected that on this occasion the Rally Barcelona-Sitges will again have a large participation of vintage cars and motorbikes, in an edition in which the shopping centre L’illa Diagonal of Barcelona will host again the day of verifications and exhibition of vehicles, on Saturday 11 March.
As on previous occasions, Foment de Sitges, the organiser of the Rally, has established two deadlines for formalising registration, with a reduced price for participants who confirm their attendance before 31 December, and the standard price from that date onwards.
The rules of the event define four categories for cars, classified according to their age: Group I (produced up to 1908), Group II (from 1909 to 1914), Group III (from 1915 to 1921) and Group IV (from 1921 to 1928).
Motorbikes must have been produced up to 1938.
